 Cancellation Policy:

  • Laboratorie requires 24 hours notice to cancel, modify or reschedule appointments.

  • Cancellations that occur with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a fee of 50% of the value of the appointment.

  • Subsequent cancellations without required notice will be charged 100% of the value of the appointment.

  • No call, no shows will be charged 100% of the value of the appointment.

  • We are unable to guarantee appointments for clients arriving more than ten minutes late for their appointment. Late arrivals may be charged a cancellation fee.

Salon Policies:

  • Masks are optional in the salon. If you prefer to mask for your appointment, your stylist + shampoo assistant will be happy to do so, as well.

  • A credit card is required to secure all appointments.

  • A $1.00 eco-fee will be automatically added to each appointment to support our partnership with Green Circle Salons to create a more sustainable salon environment.

  • Prices vary by stylist based on experience and demand. All prices listed are starting prices only + may be subject to increase or adjustment based on hair density, color history and desired result.
