LABORATORIE WAITLIST FAQ:

HOW DO I GET A SPOT ON THE WAITLIST?

We require your name, phone number and email address in order to be placed on the waitlist. We strongly suggest that you provide us with your general availability so that we can avoid contacting you with appointments that do not align with your schedule.

WHEN WILL I BE ABLE TO GET IN FOR AN APPOINTMENT?

Soon, we hope! Plans change + we often have many clients request to reschedule their appointments every week. We contact clients that are waiting for appointments based on how long they have been waiting and/or if their availability works for the time we have available. Please note that we are unable to estimate when an appointment will become available.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF THERE IS AN AVAILABLE APPOINTMENT?

Our appointment availability changes minute-to-minute + we find text alerts to be the most efficient way to notify clients of new availability. Please understand that text alerts may be sent to multiple recipients and are filled on a first to respond, first to book basis. If texting doesn’t work for you, please let us know! We’re happy to give you a call or email instead.

HOW DOES THE NEW CLIENT WAITLIST WORK FOR STYLISTS THAT ARE CURRENTLY WAITLIST ONLY?

Some of our stylists have such demand with their current clientele that it is difficult for them to accommodate new clients. However, if a cancellation occurs that does not work for the existing clients on our waitlist, that appointment will then be offered to new clients. These cancellations are typically offered no more than 48 hours before the appointment time.
