Cancellation Policy:
Laboratorie requires 24 hours notice to cancel, modify or reschedule appointments.
Cancellations that occur with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a fee of 50% of the value of the appointment.
Subsequent cancellations without required notice will be charged 100% of the value of the appointment.
No call, no shows or same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the value of the appointment.
We are unable to guarantee appointments for clients arriving more than ten minutes late for their appointment. Late arrivals may be charged a cancellation fee.
Salon Policies:
A credit card is required to secure all appointments.
A $1.00 eco-fee will be automatically added to each appointment to support our partnership with Green Circle Salons in creating a more sustainable salon environment.
Prices vary by stylist based on experience and demand. All prices listed are starting prices only + may be subject to increase or adjustment based on hair density, color history and desired result.
Please make childcare arrangements when possible. Our space is not designed for little visitors.
