Laboratorie Donation + Charity Policy

Our community and our city are extremely important to us. We do our best every day to provide a safe space for the folks in our chairs + to reduce our impact on the environment. We participate in several donation initiatives and align ourselves with brands and organizations that are focused on human rights, including LGBTQIA+ rights, environmental sustainability, community mutual aid + supporting our immigrant community members. Each holiday season, we host a food drive to support Springboard Community Service’s Youth Pantry + our stylists occasionally donate their time to provide services to marginalized communities for free or at a discounted rate.

Please note, at this time, Laboratorie does not participate in school fundraising outside of schools that child family members of the salon currently attend. We receive a very high volume of requests from schools and because we are not able to say “yes” to all requests, we have made the decision to decline requests to remain fair to all of our beloved clients with school aged children.

We do not provide gift cards for services as donation. Depending on the cause, we will occasionally run promotions in the salon + donate a portion of sales to a specific organization, or we will make cash donations on a case-by-case, budget dependent basis.
