FAQS:
I already have an appointment scheduled on or after December 6th! What do I do? Just arrive at Laboratorie at your scheduled appointment time. You will receive an email to request confirmation four days before your appointment. If there’s a conflict with Rachel’s new hours, we’ll be in touch to find you a new time.
I need an appointment! What do I do? Use the booking button above or send us an appointment request using our New Client Appointment Request Form. One of our booking specialists will be in touch with appointment options.
I need to reschedule or cancel an appointment I already made. What now? If your appointment is on December 6th or after, reach out to Laboratorie directly. We will be handling all of Rachel’s appointments moving forward. If you appointment is before December 6th, please contact Rachel or manage your booking online.
Will Rachel’s prices change? Yes, a bit! In order to align with Laboratorie’s existing pricing structure and to reflect Rachel’s years of experience, you will notice a small increase in prices for most services. Short haircuts will now be $67.50 and standard haircuts will be $80. The $80 rate is exclusive to clients transitioning from Bauhaus as a show of gratitude for your continued support!

About Laboratorie:
Booking: We prefer to assist our clients directly with their appointments and do not offer online booking. The majority of our stylists book out several weeks (often a few months) in advance + we operate a very active cancellation list. We highly recommend prebooking your appointments. We anticipate Rachel will be a busy gal!
Contacting us: We do things a little differently. We have dedicated Booking Specialists that work remotely to help you book or reschedule appointments, and answer any questions. The fastest way to reach them is by sending a text to our primary phone number: 410-435-0805 If texting isn’t your preferred method of contact, feel free to give us a call or send us an email. They’re always happy to help!
Location: We are located at 735 Deepdene Road, just around the corner from Eddie’s + Starbucks, in the beautiful Roland Park neighborhood of Baltimore.
Parking: You will find free garage parking just across the street from us + metered spots just out front.
Covid policies: We require a KN95 or equivalent mask for clients + stylist while services are being performed. We are proud to say that due to our cautious approach to covid safety, we have had no reported covid transmission in the salon. Please reach out to reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell!
